UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
A closer look at your assessment.
Mold growth can indicate an underlying moisture problem and may contribute to indoor environmental concerns and potential exposure to fungal bioaerosols. BNF's mold assessments evaluate visible fungal growth, water-damaged materials, moisture conditions, relative humidity, building conditions, and potential sources of moisture intrusion. Where appropriate, air, surface, or bulk sampling and laboratory analysis can provide additional characterization of fungal conditions, including spore types, concentrations, and surface fungal growth. BNF performs mold assessment services in accordance with applicable state and local requirements, including New York State Article 32 where applicable, and incorporates recognized industry guidance and professional practices. Reports are reviewed by a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
