When you sign in with Google, we receive account identifiers and basic profile information, such as your name, email address and profile image if Google provides it. Google handles your Google password; BNF does not receive it. Portal records may include your role, team, account approval status, assigned projects, property details, messages and reports.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver services, identify signed-in users, manage account permissions, provide project updates and reports, maintain records, and protect the website against misuse.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for account and data services, Google for sign-in, and Jobber for service request handling. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Embedded forms and external links may also process information under the provider's own privacy policy. Information may be disclosed when needed to provide a requested service, comply with applicable obligations, or protect legal rights and security.
Cookies and technical information
The website uses cookies or similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions and remember language preferences. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and error logs to operate and protect the service. Embedded services may use their own cookies. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or forms from working.
Portal access and security
Signing in does not automatically grant access to customer or staff records. BNF approves and assigns access according to the account's role and project relationship. We use access controls and private storage for customer reports. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Do not share your Google account or report download links.
Retention and your requests
Information is retained as needed to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual or recordkeeping reasons. Available rights depend on applicable law.
Children and location of processing
This website and portal are intended for people arranging or receiving BNF services, rather than for use by children. Do not submit children's personal information unless it is necessary for a service request. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
